PRODUCTION

The machinery consists of 100 automatic lathes, turning-milling centres and throughfeed grinding machines:

• Automatic ring lathe Ø 3 – 15 mm
• CNC – Long- and short lathe automat Ø 4 – 65 mm
• Multispindle automatic lathe Ø 4 – 28 mm

In addition, we have our own grinding shop to realise special requirements regarding the surface.
Furthermore, we have an in-house area with modern equipment for optoelectronic testing and there is the possibility to provide the components individually with customer-specific signatures.
The heat treatment and surface finishing is carried out off-site by certified specialist companies with many years of experience.
